Package Exclusions:
Camera Fees: Charges for camera usage at various attractions.
Beverages: Costs for alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, bottled water, and starters.
Vehicle Services: Transportation on leisure days and for sightseeing not included in the itinerary/package.
Entrance Fees: Charges for all tourist attractions or activities not included in the package.
Peak Season Charges: Additional fees applicable during peak travel seasons.
Dinner Charges: Costs for dinners not specified in the itinerary/package.
Insurance: Medical and travel insurance are not included.
Personal Expenses: All personal expenses, optional tours, and extra meals.
Natural Calamities: Any costs arising from natural disasters such as landslides or roadblocks.
Tax and Fuel Increases: Additional costs due to increases in taxes or fuel affecting surface transport.
Exclusions: Anything not specifically mentioned under “Inclusions.”
Goods and Services Tax: A 5% GST is applicable.
Notes:
Complimentary Services for Children: Complimentary services for children under 5 years old are available at hotels only. Any additional services requested will incur charges.
Seating for Complimentary Children: Complimentary children will not be provided with an additional seat in the vehicle; guests will need to share existing seating.
Air Conditioning Limitations: Air conditioning may not function in hill areas or in vehicles that are stopped or parked.
Vehicle Access: Vehicles will only travel to designated points in each destination. Guests wishing to explore beyond these points must arrange local transport independently.
Gala Dinner Charges: If a gala dinner is mandatory on the selected date at the chosen hotel, the cost will be payable directly by the guest, in accordance with the hotel’s policy.
Payment Policy:
Initial Payment: A flight fare plus a 25% booking amount of the ground package cost is required to initiate a booking if the travel date is more than 30 days from the date of booking.
Second Payment: A payment of 75% of the ground package cost (excluding the flight cost) is due after all confirmations and holds regarding your booking.
Final Payment: Full payment is required at least 10 days before the travel date.
Last-Minute Bookings: If the package is booked within 10 days of the travel date, 100% of the total tour cost is required after all confirmations and holds regarding your booking.

Cancellation Fees:
25% of the total package cost if canceled between 30 to 20 days before tour departure.
50% of the total package cost if canceled between 19 to 10 days before tour departure.
75% of the total package cost if canceled between 9 to 5 days before tour departure.
100% of the package cost if canceled within 4 days of departure or on the same day.
Flight Cancellation: Subject to airline policy, plus applicable service charges and taxes.
Cruise Cancellation: Subject to cruise line policy, plus applicable service charges and taxes.
Visa Costs: All visa fees are non-refundable once the visa has been processed.
Hotel Payments: Payments are non-refundable if the hotels booked are non-refundable.
General Terms and Conditions:
Eligibility: Rates mentioned are valid for Indian nationals only unless specified otherwise in the quotation.
Quotations: Quotations are provided without confirmed reservations in airlines, hotels, cruises, or transport. Once the quotation is accepted and an advance payment is made (via cheque or cash), the booking will be processed. If we are unable to secure confirmations, the deposited amount will be refunded. For packages booked under our Airline Group Packages, airline tickets may be delivered up to 2 days before the group’s departure.
Hotel Accommodation: Base category rooms will be booked in hotels unless specified otherwise in the quotation. If rooms are unavailable in the selected hotel, similar or higher category rooms will be booked, and any price differences must be covered by the guest.
Pricing: Prices are quoted on a twin-sharing/double occupancy basis or as per specific requirements.
Availability: Bookings are subject to room availability at the specified hotel.
Transportation: Transportation will be provided as per the itinerary from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM only.
Meal Plans:
EP: Accommodation only
CP: Accommodation with breakfast
MAP: Accommodation with breakfast and either lunch or dinner
AP: Accommodation with breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Seasonal Rates: The quoted package rate is not valid during national holidays, festivals, long weekends, Christmas, and New Year; additional charges will apply during these times.
Alternate Accommodation: Chinmay Tour and Travels reserves the right to provide alternate or similar category hotels if the specified hotel is unavailable at the time of booking.
Offer Restrictions: The package cannot be combined with any other offer.
Change Costs: Any costs arising from changes in the itinerary or stay due to flight cancellations (e.g., bad weather, illness, roadblocks, or other uncontrollable factors) will be the responsibility of the client.
Identification: Guests must present a valid photo ID (Passport, Driving License, Voter ID, or Aadhar Card) in original form at check-in.
Right to Modify: Chinmay Tour and Travels, reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate offers at any time without prior notice.
Hidden Charges: There are no hidden charges except for personal expenses not included in the package. If anyone requests additional payment during the journey, please inform us; we will not be responsible for any payments made without our consent.
Package Description: Before booking, guests are advised to review the holiday package description carefully. By booking, you agree to be bound by the conditions outlined in the package description.
Extra Charges: Any extra bed or breakfast for children not specified in the package must be paid directly by the guest as per hotel policy.
Payment Accountability: If any payments are made to personal accounts without written notification to management, “Chinmay Tour and Travels” will not be liable for those payments.
Dispute Resolution: All disputes shall be settled within the jurisdiction of Shimla, Himachal Pradesh Only.
